Steven Di Florio is a Registered Home Inspector (R.H.I.) with the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors. R.H.I. is the highest accreditation a home inspector can achieve in Ontario. To achieve this designation, an inspector must complete a pre-requisite number of courses as outlined by OAHI, and have performed a minimum of 200 inspections. Furthermore, to maintain this status, an inspector must complete a minimum of 20 hours every 2 years of courses pertaining to home inspection. This ensures the inspector will remain up to date on any new developments in housing.
Steven Di Florio is a full time inspector in the GTA who adheres to the OAHI Standards of Practise and Code of Conduct.
